Description
Services that are scheduled to be cancelled at the end of their term seem to be invoiced anyway.
For example, I have a service that has a renew date and scheduled cancellation date of April 13th. On April 8th (Billing 5 days in advance), an invoice is created for its renewal. Since the service is scheduled to be cancelled on the 13th, it shouldn't be invoiced.
