Mobile menu has incorrect styling

          Description

          Need to update styles so that:

          1. Submenu links match primary menu link color
          2. Submenu horizontal divider matches primary menu horizontal divider color

            Added the following bootstrap override to styles.css to most accurately reproduce the color of the uppermost horizontal line.

            .dropdown-menu .divider

            { background-color: #fff; opacity: 0.1; }
