Order Plugin: Undefined JS function fetchPackageOptions()

          Description

          The AJAX order template references the use of fetchPackageOptions() javascript function, however, that function is not defined at the time it is loaded, and thus produces a javascript error on the page.

            Looks like it only becomes undefined when using the domain and other template.
