Description
If a client's username is defined as their email address via the client username_type setting (with value of "email"), then if the client updates their email address their username should also be updated.
If the username can not be updated then display an error and prevent the email address from being updated (since they are linked). Having a different username than their email address would require a staff member to change the username_type setting for the client's account.
