GoGetSSL: Approval email addresses do not load on order forms of the AJAX type

          Description

          When using the AJAX Boxes/Wizard template for GoGetSSL, entering a domain should afterward load the Approver Email addresses. However, the results returned contain the same HTML order form page, rather than the emails.

          This issue may be caused by the AJAX order form templates, or the module itself. Either way, it may be best to have the module fetch updates like the VPS.NET module does.

              The module will now re-fetch fields to get the approver emails based on the domain after the domain has been changed. This is identical behavior to VPS.NET.
