TheSSLStore: Approval email addresses do not load on order forms of the AJAX type

          Description

          Approver emails are not fetched properly when using the AJAX templates of the Order Form.

          Revise the module to re-fetch all fields, with the approver emails included, after changing the domain. This will be identical behavior to the GoGetSSL module.
