          Description

          Add order forms AJAX List and Wizard List based on a new "List" package selector design.

          Please see order-wizard.html markup for reference, which is in the repo blesta-xtras/bootstrap-dev. Please note that the list works differently for Wizard vs AJAX, examples of both are provided.

          NOTE! On the package group listing page, list all packages for each group. Similar to standard order form template.

          This allows all the packages to be displayed on the same page for all groups, rather than selecting a group to continue.

            @Paul Phillips you need to correct message positioning on the package group page of the order form for the List template since it does not have an all inclusive heading to position messages beneath.
