Description
Add the ability, when viewing tickets to quote replies by checking the box in the upper-right of the reply, and choosing "Quote" in the drop down. Make Quote the default option, ahead of Split as it will be more commonly used.
Quoting a reply should add the > symbol in front of each new line in the reply, into the text area for adding a new reply.
