Allow an email template to be selected when using the email client feature

          Description

          Add a drop down that displays custom client email templates, if any exist. None should be selected by default. When one is selected, pre-populate the HTML and Text sections with the content, pre-parsing and replacing any tags with the appropriate information for this client.
