Create custom client email templates

      Description

      Allow custom client email templates to be created. Add a "Create Template" button in the "Client Emails" section only.

      Templates created will have access to client related tags, for example the client contact details.

      When creating a custom email template, request the following fields:

      Name – This is the name for the template, required
      Description – A description for the template, required

      Then, all of the other fields currently present when editing an email template, with perhaps the exception of "Include any attachments".

      Normal email templates cannot be deleted, however custom email templates should have a Delete option in the overview.

          Ultimately no, they will be usable by future features also.

          One example is a scheduled email feature (not currently a task for this). Such a feature would allow you to define criteria by which an email will be sent, and an email template can be selected for use. For example, email clients after they have been registered for 10 days. Email clients after a service has been activated for 15 days, etc. Useful in following up with clients, trial services, etc.
