Order: Convert domains to lowercase when performing whois/lookup

          Description

          Some domain registrar modules (Logicboxes) may return invalid or unexpected results if a domain is queried in uppercase. The simplest solution to this is to convert the string to lower prior to passing it along to the module for an availability/whois lookup.
