Description
When a service is set to be prorated, the date range should be calculated between today and the next pro rata day,
e.g.
If today is the 1st of the month and the pro rata day is the 5th of the month, then the date range should be between the 1st of this month and the 5th of this month (only 4 days).
However, this is currently working by always choosing the pro rata day from next month.
e.g.
1st to 5th is 1st of this month to 5th of next month
