Order: Hide the Tax ID field if not enabled for the client

          Description

          In the order process, only show the Tax ID field for clients if that field should be shown, based on the show_client_tax_id setting in Blesta.

              Has this been implemented for all order forms? The registration type displays the Tax ID field when it's assigned client group has the option unchecked.

              It uses the company setting since the user has no client group, but I suppose it should default to the client group configured on the order form.
