Invoices with no amount due are not automatically closed by cron

          Description

          Invoices with zero amount due are not automatically closed by the cron's "Apply Payments to Open Invoices" (apply_credits) task, as it was previously.

              This has been updated to not be run via cron. Invoices without any amount due are closed on creation.
