Support Manager: Staff assigned email template is missing priority and status fields

      Description

      The Staff Ticket Assigned email template uses the

      {ticket.priority_language}

      and

      {ticket.status_language}

      tags, but they do not exist in the ticket object.

      Those language fields should be set to the ticket object for this email template.

      Additionally, the documentation should be updated to include the fields available in this new template. http://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Support+Manager
