Universal Module: Service label may use the field value rather than field name

    Details

    • Type: Bug
    • Status: Closed
    • Priority: Minor
    • Resolution: Fixed
    • Affects Version/s: 3.4.0
    • Fix Version/s: 3.4.1, 3.5.0-b1
    • Component/s: Modules
    • Labels:
      None

      Description

When a service field is set for a product with the Universal Module, the "Values" field of the first service option is used as the service's name. This is usually displayed as the Service Label in service listings and invoice line items.

      e.g.
      "Service - domain.com"
domain.com would be the service label.

However, when the product's service field values are name/value pairs, the service label is the value of the field selected, rather than the name of it. This is the case with drop-down menus and radio options.

e.g. service field values consisting of:
      value1:Name1|value2|Name2

...will use "value1" as the service label rather than "Name1"
