      Description

      Add a new email template which will send an email to the client (Staff can BCC subscribe) that their service has been scheduled for cancellation and the date of cancellation.

      There is 1 main component to this:

      1. Email Template, called "Service Cancellation (Scheduled)"

      Tags included in the welcome email should contain most common contact tags as well as information about the service, including the package name, label, and date scheduled for cancellation. It makes sense to include the same tags as the Service Cancellation template that is sent when a service is cancelled.

      Example Email (Real tags replaced as they break formatting in this task):

      Hi [contact.first_name],

      Your service, [package.name] - [service.name], has been scheduled for cancellation. If no action is taken, it will be cancelled on [DATE]. If you believe this action is in error, please contact us as soon as possible.
