Order: Domain one-time pricing shows term "0"

          Description

          On the domain order form, after checking that a domain is available, if the period is "One Time", then the language shown includes the term, e.g.
          "0 One time @ $x.yz USD"

          Should be:
          "One time @ $x.yz USD"
