Description
Resellerclub has several unique field requirements based on TLD, and .CN requires the acceptance of a hosting agreement.
Currently, the module does not provide a checkbox to accept the hosting agreement, so one should be added.

There may need to be two checkboxes. One to say whether the domain is hosted in China. If it is, then a second checkbox for accepting the hosting agreement.
I haven't looked into where the hosting agreement may be found.
