The Support Manager may CC unrelated user on ticket received responses.
Affects at least Support Manager version 2.8.0.

May also be related to the use of sql_auto_is_null: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/server-system-variables.html#sysvar_sql_auto_is_null
Check if it's enabled by running the following query:
show session variables like 'sql_auto%';
This issue is similar to the bug report @ https://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=41371
