Update config options when price override changes currency

          Description

          When managing a service from the admin interface, a price override can be set. If this price override changes to a different currency, the config options do not change.

          When a currency is changed during a price override, the config options need to be reloaded to be based on the selected currency.

          Ensure that pricing reflect the appropriate currency. For example, ensure that the renewal price from CORE-1630 uses the appropriate currency in this case.
