Description
When staff go to manage a service, the "Upgrade/Downgrades" section lists service information (package, term, price overrides, config options), which can be changed.
Currently, the cost of changes are not known before the changes are saved.
This task should add a totals box above the Save button that updates via AJAX.
Note: totals may not be completely accurate, for instance, if upgrading between different currencies, using price overrides, changing coupons, or if the service change is not being queued
