Universal Module: Include additional information in notifications

          Description

          Notifications only contain limited information in regards to package/service fields set on the product.

          This should be updated to also include service information, and possibly package information.

          e.g. Add a tag for the service and package:
          {_package}, {_service}

          This would be necessary for the service to be identified.
          e.g. Service #{_service.id}
