Description
When a client goes to pay for an invoice in full using existing credits on their account, they may encounter a message asking them to select a payment option even though no amount is due.
This occurs when the config setting "Blesta.transactions_validate_apply_round" is set to true. Because this setting is used to round invoice amounts to two decimal places, it's possible the invoice may still have a residual amount still due on the invoice even though it is closed. The amount remaining due is in the range:
0 < x < 0.001 for all x representing the remaining amount due after paying and closing the invoice
