Unable to remove package option groups from a package option

          Description

          Attempting to update a package option to remove a group by assigning it from the "Member Groups" multi-select to the "Available Groups" multi-select and saving, will cause the group to not be removed.

          This needs to be updated to allow package groups to be removed properly.
