Allow staff to select language

          Description

          Currently all Staff use the company language. Rather, allow Staff to select a different language, if more are installed, under "My Info" and Staff Edit User in the settings.

          Of course, if no staff language is selected, as would be the default case, display the company languae.

          One issue with this is that the navigation is cached, so this may have to be handled differently.
