Description
Often times the Support Manager plugin is installed prior to the uploads directory being writable, so that the ~upload_path/1/support_manager_files/ directory is not created.
After that, it must be manually created in order to upload attachments, since it could not be created during plugin install.
The plugin should check that the directory exists first, and if it doesn't attempt to create it before writing any attachments to disk. This will remove the headache of having to create the directory manually in such cases.
