Allow coupons to be applied to service renew date changes

          Description

          Currently, if a coupon is applied to a service, it is not applied when changing only the service renew date such that a prorated price increase occurs and an invoice is created.

          We should consider adding a coupon line item for the prorated cost of the renew date change.
