System Overview: Update Recent Users to include client contacts

          Description

          Now that client contacts can log in to the system, their contact name should be listed in the Recent Users section of the System Overview widget.

          It seems like an entry exists for the contact's login, but their name and client ID is not set, so they are not displayed.
