      Description

We have received reports that PayPal subscriptions may not include configurable options in the recurring amount. The config option and the service are both recurring and for the same term and period, so it should be included in the recurring price sent to PayPal for PayPal Subscriptions.

Is this in relation to options set on a new subscription, or options added after a subscription?

I imagine adding/updating config options to a service after it has already been paid for via a subscription would not automatically update the subscription regarding the change in recurring price. The same may be said of the use of a recurring coupon.

New subscription from a new order. I don't believe any method exists to update subscription at the moment, so we would not expect it to do that.

Previously, recurring info was only available if every line item in an invoice belonged to a service and were for the same term/period. The sum of the line item amounts were used as the recurring amount.

Now, recurring info will be available if any line item in an invoice belongs to a service so long as each service has the same term/period. The recurring amount will be the sum of each service renewal pricing.
