Tax Liability report missing state/country data for level 2 tax rules

      Description

      When generating a Tax Liability report, CORE-1802 added Country and State/Province columns. However, the Country and State/Province columns for second-level tax rules does not appear to display any information.

          If I didn't, shouldn't they default to "ALL" instead?

          No, they default to null. We're listing ISO codes, not country/state names.
