Non-merchant gateway callback redirect not setting company ID in client redirect

          Description

          CORE-1793 passed non-merchant gateway callback GET parameters back to the client/pay/received page when the client is redirected from non-merchant gateways that do not have a separate return URL.

          However, the GET parameters set are missing the company ID (0th index) when redirecting the client, resulting in an error about the gateway not existing.
