Coupon error is encountered when updating a service

          Description

          When updating a service that has a coupon applied to it, that coupon code will appear in a text field. Attempting to update the service (even if changing no data) will cause the coupon to be validated (CORE-1767).

          However, the coupon appears to be validating the date range and quantity even if the coupon only applies to being added, not renewing. Increasing the quantity (if it was at the limit) will allow the service to be saved.

          I think this behavior should be updated to allow coupons that are set to only be added to a service, which do not apply when renewing. Also need to verify that if the coupon does renew, that it is indeed valid at that moment in its set quantity and dates (if the limitations apply).
