Service renewal prices shown in the Term column of service listings (e.g. "1 month @ $25.00), and when managing a service
When:
1. Both level 1 and level 2 tax rules apply
2. Taxes are setup not to cascade
Then:
The renewal price does not factor in the level 2 tax rule
