SolusVM: Hide password resets for KVM VMs

      Description

      SolusVM has advised that they have an unresolved bug regarding password resets with changing the root password for KVM machines via the vserver-rootpassword action. See https://documentation.solusvm.com/display/DOCS/Change+Root+Password?src=contextnavpagetreemode

      Attempting to change the root password will lead to a successful response from SolusVM, however, the password will not have been changed to what was set.

      This task intends to hide the reset password feature for KVM services.
