Update the widget buttons globally to use the following font-awesome icon:
<i class="fa fa-plus"></i>
Given that each button exists in the context of the widget, the + icon should be readily understood as creating or adding another one of those items.
Add a title tag to each button that includes the current button text so that when hovering over the button it displays the text.
For example, the Invoices widget would show "Create Invoice" when hovering over the button.
