Reassign Pricing - Prorate base package price

          Description

          The Reassign Pricing plugin does not do any proration.

          Since it does not do anything with configurable options when changing the pricing id, those configurable options will remain the same and prorating them is unnecessary.

          Update the plugin so that it prorates the Package pricing only.
