Description
Braintree::processCc should be updated to include the 'merchantAccountId' field.
When processing a payment, the currency is determined by Braintree. However, Braintree is requires the use of the 'merchantAccountId' field to specify which account to use to determine the currency. This field is not currently included in the gateway's request.
