Description
Some of the sub-nav links in the staff area were kept unusually short due to the small amount of real estate in the sub-nav bar. However, since a menu has been implemented in v4, it makes sense to change some of the language in the links to make them more descriptive.
Clients > Browse (Change Browse to "Browse Clients")
Packages > Browse (Change Browse to "Browse Packages")
Packages > Groups (Change Groups to "Package Groups")
Packages > Options (Change Options to "Configurable Options")

If that will make it consistent with other tables sure. I know Packages just says "Packages". I'm ok with that, and the subnav links do not necessarily have to match the table headings. So, the changes listed in this task should still be completed.

The "Browse Clients" page has a table heading of "Browse Clients". Shouldn't this just be "Clients" to be consistent with other tables?
