Billing Overview: Pending invoices are included in outstanding balance total

          Description

          The outstanding balance displayed within the billing overview plugin includes totals for pending invoices. Pending invoices are invoices with a future bill date. Pending invoices should not be included in this calculation because they do not yet technically exist.
