Order: Rename Orders widget status Pending to In Review

          Description

          Change the language for the Orders widget status of "Pending" to "In Review". I don't think the URL of the link needs to change, just the language, so it should be very simple.

          The order status "Pending" can be confused with pending services. Services ordered only become pending once the order has moved to "Accepted" status. Services are "In Review" while the order is in Pending status, so it makes sense to use the same language here.
