Description
When creating a service manually as a staff member, there is no option to set a price override.
If a custom price is necessary, staff would have to add the service, modify the invoice, and then set a price override.
Instead, when creating a new service, after selecting the term, display an Override Price checkbox that is not checked by default. If checked, display a field for the price and currency. This should work basically the same as managing an existing service and checking Override Price under Upgrade/Downgrade.
The service should be set up with t he price override, and the resulting invoice (if one is created), should use the price override if it is set.
