Description
The Support Manager requires the PHP extension iconv in addition to mailparse. I'm not sure if iconv was included by default in most builds, but we've had more and more issues with the Support Manager parsing emails as a result of iconv missing.
In addition to updating the recommended requirements to check for iconv, the Support Manager should also check for it when it checks for mailparse. It's not possible to create a department in the Support Manager using Piping or POP/IMAP unless mailparse exists. Similarly, it should also check for iconv. This should probably be a separate, related task, so feel free to create one for that.
