DirectAdmin: Set the username to lowercase

          Description

          The DirectAdmin module can return an error if the username used for it contains uppercase letters. See https://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/10162-direcatadmin-uppercase-username/

          The module should update the username to always be lowercase.
