When a client downgrades a service, they see a negative total. However, if Blesta is configured to disallow client credits (i.e. "Allow Prorated Credits to be Issued for Service Downgrades" is unchecked) then the client is never issued a credit, but the total still shows a negative amount, as if there should be one. Need to duplicate and consider resolving this such that the setting is observed for credits on service downgrades.
