The Billing Overview plugin may not be showing "Invoiced Today" (and probably "Invoice This Month") values correctly. As he describes:
proforma created 1-11-2017 .... it's counted the same day in new invoice
Paid in 18-12-2017 .... it also counted in 18-12-2017 for invoiced today .
We should take a look and see what the cause of this issue is and whether it is expected behavior.

We'll need to decide what the best action will be to take on this issue. It looks to me like the statistic is logically correct, but there may need to be some distinction between proforma and standard invoices.

- Invoiced Today (Proforma)
- Invoiced this Month (Proforma)
...and keep the current Invoiced Today and Invoiced this Month settings the same.
