Billing Overview: Add amount invoiced today for proforma invoices

          Blesta Addons reported @ https://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/10824-invoiced-today/

          The Billing Overview plugin may not be showing "Invoiced Today" (and probably "Invoice This Month") values correctly. As he describes:

          proforma created 1-11-2017 .... it's counted the same day in new invoice

          Paid in 18-12-2017 .... it also counted in 18-12-2017 for invoiced today .

          We should take a look and see what the cause of this issue is and whether it is expected behavior.
