Description
An option to ignore users who do not wish to receive marketing emails must be added to the mass mailer plugin.
When sending an email, there is a primary section called "Client Filtering Options". Add an additional field called:
[x] Skip clients that do not wish to receive marketing emails
If there's better language, let's go with that. The option should default to not emailing those who do not wish to receive marketing emails.
This option will be dependent on a new client setting that determines if the client wishes to receive marketing emails. This is the "receive_email_marketing" setting, settable in the admin or client interfaces. The setting should be in the client area, when editing the client under the "Additional Settings" tab, and will be set when creating a client account via the Order plugin, or manually in the Staff interface.
