Order: Ajax order forms do not include the option to pay with credit

          Description

          Both standard and wizard forms include the option to pay with credit on the checkout page. Ajax must have gotten overlooked because it does not.

              The credit intended to only be available from the Wizard and Standard templates, not AJAX, based on its design. See CORE-1340
