Description
It's not readily apparent when editing an order form that to move package groups into or out of the order form by drag-n-drop they must be placed in the top area. This is mostly an issue when there are not any groups currently assigned, and the area you can drag-n-drop to expands as you add more, but it's too confusing to users.

Add some text to the top area here on both "Assigned Groups" and "Available Groups" that says:
